Sabrena M. Mason-Spillar, 46, of Bowker Street in Claremont, NH, died Friday (October 22, 2021) at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, following a period of failing health.
She was born in Hanover, NH, on May 12, 1975, the daughter of Stanley “Jim” and Joyce (Blish) Mason and had been a lifetime area resident. She was graduate of Stevens High School, Class of 1995. Sabrena had been employed as a dispatcher by Golden Cross Ambulance from June of 2002 until present. She enjoyed crafting and volunteering for the Girl Scouts. She was a proponent of kidney donation and had participated in Kidney Locks.
She was the widow of Kevin Spillar who died on January 26, 2016.
Members of her family include her twin sister, Melissa Mason, Claremont, NH; a brother, Bob Blish, Newport, NH; a sister-in-law, Jennifer Mason, Claremont, NH; nieces and nephews including, Felecia Blish, BJ Blish, Rozwell Mason, Jr., Clyde Mason, James Mason, Philip Mason, Christian Paquette, grand nieces, Harmony Crowson and Faith Hathaway.
She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Rozwell Mason, Sr.
There will be no visiting hours. Graveside committal services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday (November 6) in Mountain View Cemetery. Following the committal services a Celebration of Sabrena’s life will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Charlestown Memorial VFW Post 8497, Lovers Lane Road, Charlestown, NH 03603. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Roy Funeral Home, PO Box 1187, Claremont, NH 03743 to help defray funeral costs.
