Yet, she still found time to volunteer for the Red Cross Blood Drives. For 26 years she manned the registration desk and recruited volunteers. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne Society and the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary.
She was an avid golfer and long time member of the Keene Country Club. She looked forward to the summer days of playing on the Women’s Twilight League and in the Women’s golf tournaments. She still kept busy in the winter participating in the Ladies Wednesday morning bowling league at Yankee Lanes. She loved to read and do crossword puzzles. Her sewing machine always had a project on it and her Christmas crafts are treasured. But, she will be remembered the most for her love of family, her love of children and her kindness to others.
