Prettying Up

The e-Ticker News found Mayor Charlene Lovett planting flowers around the Civil War Monument in Broad St. Park Monday. Lovett hopes to keep any foot traffic away from the base of the monument; the flowers are from a local nursery and will add color and beauty to the area (Bill Binder photo).
