Mark Wayne Johnson LaQuire, 29, of Acworth, NH, died unexpectedly on December 8, 2020. He was born in Springfield VT, on March 8, 1991.
Mark moved to Claremont, NH, at a young age and attended Stevens High School.
Many know of him from his goofy ol’ smile, Market Basket and Stone Creations. He was most recently employed at Okemo Mountain, which he loved.
In his free time he enjoyed snowboarding, which was his favorite, and spending time with his son at the park playing and quality time with his loved ones.
Mark is survived by his son, Clark LaQuire, parents Mark and Maria “Johnson” LaQuire; his partner, Caroline Mailhot, who he loved dearly; his siblings, sister Michelle Johnson and her husband Stephen Faria; brother Micheal Johnson LaQuire and his wife Alexis; brother Mitchell LaQuire and his wife Brandy; and his little sister Mercedes LaQuire. Grandparents Sidney and Carolyn LaQuire, Scott and Blaze Carpenter, Harry Johnson, and Mary and David Laclair, including many loved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and his best friend forever, Ryan Kirkland.

The family also has set up a bank account for his son Clark’s future at the Bank of New Hampshire; if interested please make checks to Michelle Johnson and in the memo in memory of Mark LaQuire. The family appreciates everything during these difficult times.
Walk through visiting hours will be held Friday evening, December 18th, from 5 to 7pm at Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street, Claremont, NH.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the funeral home and LaQuire family ask all attending the visitation to abide with all regulations and please wear a mask and use social distancing.
A celebration of Mark’s life will be held in the summer of 2021.
