LEBANON, NH–Lebanon Police are seeking help in identifying a suspect of a purse theft. On June 18th, 2016, at approximately 4:06PM, Lebanon Officers were called to the Rivermill Complex. There, officers learned a woman had been approached by a male in his teens who asked her for a cigarette. The male then ran to the woman’s passenger side door, opened the door, grabbed the woman’s purse out of the car and ran away. The male is described as being approximately 5’8”, wearing a multi-colored striped “Rastafarian” style T-shirt and a backwards baseball cap. After running away from the woman, he was seen getting into the back seat of a dark gray Chevrolet sedan with NH plates. Anyone with information which may assist in identifying the suspect is asked to call the Lebanon Police Department at (603) 448-1212.
