On May 11, 2016 at approximately 8:00PM, Lebanon Police patrol units responded to the Storrs Hill Ski Area on Spring Street for a report of 4-5 males, ages 18-20, who were vandalizing one of the buildings at the Ski Area by kicking doors and breaking windows. Lebanon Officers subsequently located five individuals in the area. Two of the male subjects were taken into custody on unrelated charges and a third male subject was issued a summons to appear in court, also on an unrelated charge. The remaining two subjects were identified and released at the scene without being charged. Jordan Whiting, age 19, of Enfield, NH and a 16 year old male juvenile from Lebanon were arrested and charged with the violation offense of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. James Lussier, age 24, of Enfield, NH was issued a summons to appear in court charging him with the violation offense of having an Open Container of Alcohol. All three subjects were released on Personal Recognizance Bail and are scheduled to appear in the 2nd Circuit Court, Lebanon District Division on June 27, 2016 at 8:00AM. The investigation into this matter continues and additional charges are expected. Investigating officers discovered damage to three of the buildings at Storrs Hill.
