LEBANON, NH–After an investigation by the Lebanon Police, with the assistance of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force and NH Probation and Parole, Matthew Clair, 33 of Lebanon, NH, was arrested on October 12. Over two pounds of marijuana, a significant quantity of mushrooms and United States currency was seized. Clair is facing one felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute, one felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug, one misdemeanor charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug and one violation of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A Bail Commissioner set personal recognizance bail on Clair in the amount of $5,000. Clair will appear at the Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court on November 7, 2016.
