Edith J. Therrien, 74, of Congress Street in Claremont, NH, died unexpectedly at her home on Monday (Dec. 2, 2019). She was born in Leominster, MA on May 10, 1945, the daughter of Alfred and Charlotte (Abare) Borey and had been a longtime area resident. Edith enjoyed crocheting, knitting and going to yard sales.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Rocco Gallo, on July 22, 1998, her second husband Robert J. Cote on January 13, 2009, and her third husband, Richard Therrien on September 18, 2017.
Members of her family include a daughter, Valerie Miller and her husband, Andy, Ocala, FL; a son, Michael Harvey and his wife, Deborah, Matthews, NC; three grandchildren, Ali Cunningham, George Payette, Jr., Michael L. Harvey, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday (Dec. 7) at the Roy Funeral Home, 93 Sullivan Street, Claremont, NH, with the Rev. Arockia Antony, pastor of St. Joseph Parish, officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove cemetery in Newport, NH.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services.
