Debra J. Clark, 64, of Charlestown, NH, passed away on December 17, 2016, at her home after a long battle with cancer.
She was born in Springfield, VT, on May 11, 1952 the daughter of Albert and Norma (Parker) Allen.
She was a graduate of Fall Mountain High School in the class of 1970.
Debra was the President of NHCTCA (City and Town Clerks) from 2012-2013 and President of the NHTCA (Tax Collectors) from 2013-2014.
She enjoyed coloring and loved horses and owls.
The family includes her husband, Ronald Clark whom she married on October 13, 1973; two daughters, Jennifer J. Clark of Charlestown and Erica M. Clark and her husband, Daniel Cureton of New Milford, CT; one granddaughter, Beatrice L. Clark; two step-grandchildren, Justes and Kal-el Cureton; three sisters, Marla Baldasaro, Susan Richardson and Rita Meservey; one brother, Rodney Allen; two step-brothers, James Parris and Kim Parris; also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, Walter Albert Allen, her mother, Norma L. Parris, her brother, Gerald Allen and her step-father, Arthur Parris.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date in the spring.
