Today, Nov. 21, is a big day for the Sullivan County Humane Society. They are spaying/neutering their 5,000 cat since starting these clinics. As part of the low cost spay/neuter program, they have a Sponsor a Spay program that helps those who can’t afford the cost of this surgery. The Sponsor a Spay program is supported by donations.
