Ethelyn T. Hall, 89 of Maple Street in Perkinsville, VT, died Monday (July 17, 2017) at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, following a brief illness.
She was born in Whitehall, NY, on August 29, 1927, the daughter of Fred and Hattie C. Tracey. Ethelyn had been employed in the finishing department at Mack Molding Company in Cavendish, VT, for many years. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, watching British comedy on Vermont Public Television, cooking, fishing and hunting. She also enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers but over the years her loyalty switched to the New England Patriots.
She was the widow of Chester E. Hall who died on April 10, 2010.
Members of her family include two sons, Kevin Manning, Perkinsville, VT; Brian Manning, Charlestown, NH; nine grandchildren, Monica Manning, Wayna Manning, Brian Manning, Jr., Jennifer Spear, Jessica Fairbrother, Sarah Manning, Candy Provencher, Ann Davis, Joseph Provencher, 10 great grandchildren, two sisters, Anna Manning, Sheffield, VT; Harriet Putnam, Lexington, KY, and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visiting hours.
Committal services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Plain Cemetery in Weathersfield, VT.
