CHARLESTOWN, NH—Fire destroyed a business building on the Old Claremont Road in Charlestown early Friday morning. The Beaudry Enterprise building was engulfed in flames when the fire department arrived on scene at about 3:00 a.m. this morning. Several tractor trailers of the trucking company were badly damaged in the fire. No injuries were reported. Fire crews were still on the scene about mid-morning. Mutual aid was called in and included firefighters from Landgon, North Walpole and Springfield, VT. Members of the Claremont Fire Department covered the Charlestown station. The State Fire Marshal’s Office was called to investigate the cause of the fire. Beaudry Enterprises, Inc., is a licensed and bonded freight shipping and trucking company operating from its 949 Old Claremont Rd. location.
