CLAREMONT, NH–The Claremont Parks and Recreation Department has announced that The All Out Trail Run at Moody Park will be held on Saturday, August 20th. The All Out Trail Run is part of the Western New Hampshire Trail Running Series and is 1 of 9 races on the series. The Western NH Trail Running Series is a collective group of trail events that range in distance from 5K to 12.5K. All of the races offer a taste of the amazing natural beauty that exists here in the Upper Valley Region of NH/VT. These races are designed to be fun for everyone, from the beginner trail runner that just wants to veer off the pavement and try something new all the way to the seasoned trail racer. “We are excited about this year’s race,” said Claremont’s Parks and Recreation Director, Mark Brislin. “We have done a lot of trail improvements at Moody Park over the past two summers. I think runners will be amazed by the improvements from last year’s race to this year’s race,” he added. This event offers multiple terrains, varying trail surfaces and plenty of challenge for racers of all skill levels. From narrow winding trails to steep uphill climbs, this course will offer it all. The All Out Trail Run will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a Kids’ Race starting at 8:30 a.m. All runners are welcomed and you do not need to have participated in another race from the series to take part in this great race.
